The Piano

It was a breezy, windy day and I started playing my piano. I was thinking back om my memories. I felt heartbroken, lost, low and upset this was because I remembered my poor wife who I loved to bits. Each time I think about my wife tears came dripping down my face. Next I remembered when I was in the war and my best friend died. He died during the war and in the battlefield.I whispearead “Please don’t die, I can’t live without you” but sadly he died.

Also I remembered the day I gave my grandson a rocking horse. He loved it to bits. He went round his house shouting “gidiup gidiup”. He was acting as if he was a cowboy and he staded”thankyou grandad you are the best!”

Finally he came round the piano and he asked “can I play the piece you taught me with you? And I answered of corse you can.3,2,1 of you go. So we sat there playing the piano together happily

Why should we give money to charity?

In 5o we have been persuading Mr Grumpy to give money to charity because he thinks we should’nt.

Dear Mr Grumpy,

Comic relief helps people all around the world and is very important. It can save peoples lives. Do you realise how much it helps people?I kind of think your being inconsiderate so please can you be abit nicer.

As you may know it helps people who have cancer just like Megan who has lukaemia. Megan is also her mum’s rock because whenever her mum is busy she is there for Oscar her little brother. Or Eric from England who at the age of 16 was homeless. And then some people advised him to go to centrepoint.

You can give money, it will not go to popstars as you said,it will go to people who truly need it. Like for example Kajal in India only 1 in every 1000 have acsessto a toilet. That is why we need the money.

It is really important please try your best. It will be really grateful if you go on www.comicrelief.com you can find out lots more. Also if you don’t offer then who will?

I think if you help it will make a difference so please do what you can we will really appreciate it.

Dear mr a.grumpy,
As you may know lots of people are dying,so many that I am unable to count.Comic Relief are so helpful because lots of money has been given to the poor and I think you should donate some too. There are many people who will die any second.

There are many people who need special care but do not have the money for it,they are very poor but with life threatening conditions Comic Relief are ready to help.Rosetta had a lot of help too,Some famous celebrities raised almost half a million pounds then gave it to Comic Relief Whitch was then given to people living in Africa including Rosetta so she could then protect her baby with a net to keep Mosquitos away.

Gemma was her mothers rock she also has to look after 8 years old Megan who has Leukaemia and 5 years Oscar who has Curvature.Luckily Gloucestershire young Carers put her in a project were she met a girl who’s sister also had Leukaemia they were then best friends.People like Gemma spent like a quarter of their life being a rock I mean working for their family.

Most of Gemma’s childhood was taken away but she can still spend some.Mr a.grumpy I think you are a mean and selfish man with an awful attitude,If you were kindhearted you would donate some of your money to charity.
